FAQ
Got Questions? We've Got Answers.
Everything owner-operators ask us before getting started. Still have questions? Reach out — we're happy to talk.
Getting Started
Once you sign up, we get to know your truck, preferred lanes, and rate expectations. You will also sign a Dispatcher Service Agreement — this is not a contract, but a signed agreement and information sheet used to send to brokers for load booking and dispatcher payment purposes. From there, we search available loads, negotiate the best rates on your behalf, and send you the details for approval. You always have the final say before accepting any load.
No contracts required. We work on a load-by-load basis, which means you're never locked in. If you need to take a break or switch things up, there's no penalty — we earn your business every single load.
We specialize in Hot Shot, Box Truck, Dry Van, and Flatbed equipment — with a strong focus on high-paying lanes across Texas and beyond. All trucks are accepted, so no matter what you're running, we want to work with you. If you have any questions about your setup, just reach out and we'll be happy to help.
Fees & Payments
We charge a flat 10% of the gross load rate. There are no hidden fees, no monthly retainers, and no charges on loads you don't accept. Plus, as a new sign-up, your first one-way load is completely free — it's our way of letting you experience our service with zero risk before committing to anything.
The dispatch fee is collected after the load is delivered and invoiced. We never charge you upfront or before a load is completed.
We handle all rate confirmations and paperwork on our end. For factoring, we can work alongside your existing factoring company or help you find one if you need it — just let us know.
Operations & Support
We specialize in Texas-based high-paying lanes, including intrastate Texas runs and loads moving in and out of major Texas freight hubs like Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Laredo.
We offer 24/7 emergency driver support. If something comes up mid-load — a breakdown, a broker issue, or a delivery problem — you can reach us any time and we'll help you work through it.
Yes. We have experience on both sides of the freight industry, which means we understand how brokers think and how to negotiate the best possible rates for our carriers.
